Alphaville Box Set Terms & Conditions

Our terms of sales are very simple- we want all Alphaville Fans to be Happy!
We have the following basic terms:

• All sales are final, as this is a collector's item- something to keep for your lifetime!
• All rights are reserved - no duplication or publishing of the content on any medium is permitted
• The price of the box includes shipping.  If for any reason your box is returned by the  post office, we will resend it again, but will need to charge you for the shipping cost again.  Please pay close attention to the tracking number we send you, and monitor the shipment status.
• We require phone number due to international shipping guidelines. The post office may contact you to pick up the box, if delivery attempts are not successful.
• You are responsible for your country tariff/tax or customs. If you need to show an invoice, please contact us and we'll provide an invoice for you to use.
• The boxes are shipped from China directly from the factory. We use FedEx for the most part. If a country is not serviced by FedEx, China Post is used until the box gets to your country, and then your country post office takes over the delivery.
• All support questions must be done by email to alphavilleubx@laconcertgroup.com.  While we answer social media posts, that is not considered official support communication.  If you have an issue with delivery of the box, it needs to be communicated to us via email so we can record it properly and address your questions.
